I had the same problem. Changing the 'socket' setting -as mentioned in the first posts- didn't work. (well, maybe now with a newer trunk version it might work)
You'll probably have to change the socket for you system. (see the latest posts in the discussion)
have you actually created those schemas aka "databases"? error message?
that doesn't say nothing about database-connection. it basically says the app echoed some stuff and then tries to send headers. btw whats on line 1703 or what rev do you use.

I would recommend you get the nightly build btw. I don't think there's a need to use 0.8 when you just start developing.
