    hi guys!
i would love to see some applications made with akelos...
it might be a simple website or a full portal or something like that...
i'm a curious guy and i found about akelos on the early stages of my cakephp learing... now i'm pretty used to cake, but i would love to learn something new and maybe akelos could help me to make a trasition to rails latter...
so, can I see you site? :)

    Hi Guys,

As an Open Sourced Akelos app, Editam is the only one that has been released.

The guys at Overmundo are preparing a version of their system with Akelos and they will probably make it Open Source.

As for the non-intranet sites I coded with Akelos, my favorites are iWeekend using Editam with many custom snippets and a site we launched yesterday for learning spanish watching TV where I used the admin plugin for backend editorial workflow.

Vanilla just powers this forum, it is not coded using Akelos.

    Hi guys,

I'm one of the guys who are working on the Overmundo project. As Bermi says, the project will be Open Source. It uses the last 0.8 version of Akelos Framework and implement some interesting features like Tagging, User Management, ACL, Javascript Helpers using prototype, Batch Process etc...

We will inform the Akelos's community as soon as we finish the project.
