Akelos Programming: Testing a plugin -- populating tables with test data

    In the How To section of the Wiki, I've documented "Create a Plugin". The only problem I'm having at this writing is that my test tables are not being poplulated. Will someone please look at the listings of my geo_kit_installer.php and my model files and tell me what I'm doing wrong?
